I think one of the toughest things to deal with in life is to be ignored. Especially by close friends, mentors or family that you have loved, prayed for and invested in. Nothing prepares you for facing it. As an older person, one might think.., no matter what.., just because of age, or experience... or love shown that it would be right to be kind... to say hello and be truly genuine in caring.
Today was a tough day. The definition of Honor in this earthly life has nothing to do with position or rank or employment or finances. It has to do with perspective from a standpoint of love, gratitude and sacrifice. Viewing others as Jesus views them. Wanting above all to please Him and be a conduit of his love and mercy. To .... for a moment see what they have been through and honor that journey.
Bottom line... we press on. Knowing that God knows. And we did it for Him. And .... Jesus should get all of the honor always....and may we be honoring to others because it is the right thing to do.
My goal as an Evangelist is to tell everyone about the salvation offered ONLY through a relationship with Jesus Christ. It's an incredible thing to witness someone who has been saved through this ministry.
