What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers admission to all Main Sessions and Seminars, including the Senior Track with Meet the Marketplace and Missions Fair.  As a we're-glad-you're-here bonus, you also get the Friday Night After Party and Saturday Night Worship Concert included FREE.

Lunch on Saturday is something you get to work out on your own, but there are a tremendous amount of restaurants nearby, ready to fill your belly. Lodging and local transportation are not included in the registration fee.

Is there Per Session registration?

Yes. Per Session Registration is available at the door only. It is $20 per session and the sessions are Friday night 6:00 pm to midnight, Saturday morning 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M., Saturday afternoon seminars 12:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M., 6:30 P.M. - 11:00 P.M. Sunday is free and the session is from 8:20 A.M. - 9:30 A.M.

Is there a Group Rate for registration?

No. All registration fees were created with the group in mind. We have made the registration price as inexpensive as possible to ensure that students everywhere will have an opportunity to attend.

Can I cancel my registration?

Registration can be cancelled and refunded minus a $15 processing fee up to one week before each event. To cancel your registration and request a refund, please email conference@campusharvest.org with the name and email address you registered under, or call 919-912-9014.

NOTE: If you were registered as part of a group, your group leader must cancel your registration for you.

You may also transfer your registration to another attendee at any time, at no cost.  (See below).

Can I transfer my registration?

Yes indeed.  You may transfer your registration at any time simply by making the arrangements on your own and checking in under the originally registered name.  There is no need to advise Campus Harvest of the change, though you may do so by emailing conference@campusharvest.org.

Are scholarships available?

We do not have the ability to offer scholarships at this time. Local campus groups and churches often conduct fundraisers or help to sponsor students in other ways. We encourage you to talk with your campus minister or college pastor about this possibility.

How many people can I register at once?

You may register as many individuals on one form as needed.

All you need to register group members is their first and last name and email address.

How does Campus Harvest use my registration information?

Your personal information is only used for recording your registration and contacting you regarding the event.  When you register for a Campus Harvest event, we will use your contact information from time to time to keep you updated about future events and other happenings in the ministry that you may wish to be informed of.  You can opt out of these mailing lists at any time by using the easy unsubscribe feature included in every email we send out.  We will never sell your information to third parties.

Travel & Hotels

What airport should attendees fly in to?

Raleigh Durham International (RDU), which is 10 minutes from KPIC (the conference venue).  Many of the hotels sponsored by the conference offer free shuttles to and from the airport. You can confirm this by contacting the hotel you book with.

How do I get from my hotel to the conference?

Your group leader will need to arrange for your local transportation. Many groups find it easiest to rent a car for the weekend.

Do attendees have to stay at the conference hotel?

Nope.  The conference rates have been negotiated at these nearby hotels for your convenience and cost-savings, but you are welcome to stay wherever best serves your needs.

How many people can stay in a hotel room with me?

Most rooms are Doubles, and will allow up to four adults (on either two double beds, or two queens). There are also a limited number of King's available for couples, and some hotels offer an extra pullout couch to sleep a total of 6 possible guests. See the particular hotel for details.
