Deadlines:
February 12 - Application and $150 Deposit due to secure spot.
February 20 - $450 due to secure air travel. Members who do not meet this deadline will be responsible for arranging their own transportation and may subtract $200 from the balance due.
March 4 - Full balance due. Balance must be $0 before traveling. Contributions cannot be refunded. Contributions raised by missionaries who do not travel will be reallocated to the mission.
Outreach Description:
The Campus Harvest team is partnering with Family Harvest Church to begin a brand new outreach at the University of Illinois at Chicago. If you are a college student who has personally been ministered to and built up by a campus ministry, or someone who has a passion to reach the campus generally, this is an incredible opportunity to see how it's done from the ground up. In a recent scouting trip, we applied for and received club status at the university, paving the way to form an established campus outreach through the team's evangelistic efforts in March.
The outreach will be led by Rollan Fisher, college and youth minister at King's Park International Church in Durham, NC, and Mike Kell, teaching pastor at Family Harvest Church. To accommodate different spring breaks, two different weeks of outreach are planned, and the $900 cost includes airfare and all expenses for either week.
