Campus and College Minister Registration
In order to complete your registration without charge, you must have a coupon code which you will enter on the final page of the registration process. If you do not have this code, please email conference@campusharvest.org with "Campus Minister Coupon Code" in the subject line. Please include the following:
- Your name
- The campus(es) that you work with
- The location (City and State) of that campus
- The name of your ministry
- The name of your overseeing church

FAQ
Do I still have to register?
Yes. No one will be admitted to the conference without registering. As a courtesy, please register as soon as possible through our online interface. This will help us in fundraising to cover the cost, and also help us anticipate numbers.
Who is eligible?
All full-time campus and college ministers who are bringing students to THROUGH THE ROOF! are eligible. Youth ministers bringing their senior students also qualify.
What about spouses?
A husband or wife who also works with students full-time is welcome under the same invitation. We recognize that some spouses may not be strictly "full-time" because of family responsibilities like children. Any spouse who is supported as a campus or college minister and is bringing students to the conference for that purpose is invited to register for free.
If a spouse is otherwise employed and attending the conference with you, we would kindly ask that they register under the normal "non-student" rate.
What if I already registered?
We've made an effort to refund all full-time campus and college ministers who registered before this announcement. (This will be or was done between Dec. 31 - Jan. 4). If you did not receive a personal email to this effect and qualify for a refund, please notify us via email at conference@campusharvest.org. Only your first and last name need be included in the email.
All refunds are made in full directly back to the purchasing credit card.
