Registration

What is a coupon code and how does it work?

A coupon code is used to apply a discount to registration.  It is used to register certain staff members and volunteers and is not available as a promotion.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE THE COUPON CODE IN A GROUP REGISTRATION unless all members of the group are party to it.  If you are using a coupon code, it will be applied to each group member.

What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers admission to all Main Sessions and Seminars, including the Senior Track with Meet the Marketplace and Missions Fair.  As a we're-glad-you're-here bonus, you also get the Friday Night After Party and Saturday Night Worship Concert included FREE.

Lunch on Saturday is something you get to work out on your own, but there are a tremendous amount of restaurants nearby, ready to fill your belly.  Lodging and local transportation are not included in the registration fee.

Is there a Group Rate for registration?

No. All registration fees were created with the group in mind. We have made the registration price as inexpensive as possible to ensure that students everywhere will have an opportunity to attend.

Can I cancel my registration?

Registration can be canceled and refunded minus a $10 processing fee up to February 15th. Please log on to the website (using your email address and the password sent to you in your registration confirmation email) and access your registration there to cancel or make any other changes.

NOTE: If you were registered as part of a group, your group leader must cancel your registration for you.

Are scholarships available?

We do not have the ability to offer scholarships at this time. Local campus groups and churches often conduct fundraisers or help to sponsor students in other ways. We encourage you to talk with your campus minister or college pastor about this possibility.

How many people can I register at once?

You may register as many individuals on one form as needed.  You can also log back in later to add individuals to your group.

All you need to register group members is their first and last name and email address.

Travel & Hotels

What airport should attendees fly in to?

Raleigh Durham International (RDU), which is 15 minutes from KPIC (the conference venue).  The Sheraton Imperial, the Conference Hotel, has a free airport shuttle that runs throughout the day.

Are there special conference rates?

Yes. The Conference Hotel is the Sheraton Imperial.  There is a special Campus Harvest rate of $85/night for 4 people.  This rate ends February 1st.

To reserve under the conference rate, visit our customized page, or call 919-941-5050 and specify that you are attending Campus Harvest.

How do I get from my hotel to the conference?

The Sheraton is 5 to 10 minutes from KPIC.  Your group leader will need to arrange for your local transportation.  Many groups find it easiest to rent a car for the weekend.

Do attendees have to stay at the conference hotel?

No, however you are unlikely to beat the conference rate at the Sheraton.  For hangout purposes, you may enjoy being there with everyone else, and you'll have the added benefit of being able to go back to your hotel after lunch, attend the seminars onsite, and then relax until coming back to KPIC for the night session on Saturday.

How many people can stay in a hotel room with me?

Most rooms are Doubles.  Two double beds, two people per bed, four people per rooms. There are also a limited number of King's available for couples.
